Hi, I'm Erika

I'm a climber and a data nerd. I like to write about analytics and management.

I’m an engineer with a passion for helping business partners do more with data. I’ve worked as an analytics engineer and a data leader. I’m currently working as a staff analytics engineer on the agentic analytics platform at Mercury.

Most of my free time is spent with my family. I like to ride bikes with my husband and sons, rock climb, sew, and go for walks in the woods.
